Ah, summer — the season that makes us all a little sticky. It's the perfect time for late night with friends, where the laughter seems to linger in the air as the stars twinkle above. It's a time to throw caution to the wind and indulge in scoop after scoop of ice cream. I’ve been diving into the realm of summer fashion while trying to find items that are effortlessly cool but also comfortable. Here are a few items that I am currently seeking out.

1. The Vintage Slip Dress

The slip dress is the perfect summer time essential item. These dreamy, flowy dresses effortlessly take you from day to night. They're the epitome of versatility and elegance. It's the perfect ensemble for those spontaneous rooftop gatherings or impromptu beachside bonfires. Eveliina vintage has some of the most stunning dresses for the summertime season.

2. Summer Shorts

When the sun is at its peak, it is time for summer shorts to shine. From well-worn denim cut-offs with a story to tell to laid-back soccer shorts. The shorts I am excited to style are what I call The shorts of the summer! Michelle Liaka my fashion inspiration recently did a collaboration with Relax Lacrosse Brand and together they have easily made shorts that i will be wearing long after summer is gone.

3. Sneakers That Pop

Conquer the day but do it in style. I'm on the lookout for a sneaker that just pops on my feet, ya know? Like a little burst of happiness on my feet. I have my eyes on these wales bonner sneakers. Basic? I don’t care.

4. Vintage Kitten Heels

When the sun sets and the night comes alive. Kitten heels are just the better choice. With their retro flair and just the right amount of heel. I could make 50 pages of vintage heels that I found. To find super cheap ones please just go to poshmark and type in kitten heels and GO TO TOWN.

5. Flip Flops

The quintessential shoe of summer, connecting us to carefree days of our youth and nostalgic beach memories. These simple, yet timeless footwear essentials are like a passport to relaxation and fun in the sun. These flip flops from Havaianas add that summer pop.

6. Sunglasses

Are sometimes the key to an outfit you aren’t sure about. Especially when they are vintage! They make the outfit more unique. I have had my eyes on these green gucci ones from depop.

7. Basket Bag

Ah how could I forget? Among the summer fashion treasures there's one item that can’t be missed and it's the Jane Birkin basket bag. It's the perfect blend of practicality and romance, and it's also an unexpected accessory that adds a touch of charm.
