Céline Semaan is the author of A Woman is a School, cultural anthropology disguised as a first memoire. She is the co-founder of Slow Factory, an organization working at the intersection of climate and human rights. Her work in sustainable fashion grows beyond her coining the term fashion activism, into systemic change, waste reduction and the cultural catalyst needed for changing behavior.
